2. Services
DCS Event Services provides event logistics, exhibition freight, career fair logistics, courier services, and storage solutions. The specific scope of services for each engagement will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking or service request at our discretion.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of request. Any changes to the scope, volume, timing, or nature of the service may result in revised pricing.
VAT is applicable at the prevailing rate on all services unless otherwise stated.

For new clients or one-off engagements, we may require payment in advance or a deposit prior to confirming a booking.

- More than 14 days before the service date — no charge
- 7–14 days before the service date — 50% of the quoted fee
- Less than 7 days before the service date — 100% of the quoted fee
We reserve the right to apply different cancellation terms for large or complex bookings, which will be stated in the quotation.
7. Liability
We take the utmost care with all goods entrusted to us. However, our liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is limited to the declared value of the goods, subject to a maximum of £50,000 per consignment unless additional insurance has been arranged and confirmed in writing.
We are not liable for losses resulting from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic incidents, adverse weather, strikes, or venue access restrictions.
